<p><u>To remove an existing domain alias:</u> </p>

<li>Go to the <strong>Site Management</strong> menu. </li>
<li>Go to the <strong>Domain Aliases</strong> section of the page. </li>

<p><u>To add a new domain alias:</u> </p>
<ol>
<li>Go to the <strong>Admin</strong> menu. </li>
<li>Go to the <strong>Site Management</strong> menu. </li>
<li>Go to the <strong>Domain Aliases</strong> section of the page. </li>
<li>Enter your new domain name in an empty field. </li>

<p>Be sure to contact your domain registrar and point your domain&#8217;s DNS entries to the appropriate servers, or point the &quot;A&quot; entry to our server&#8217;s IP address. New DNS entries may require up to forty-eight hours depending on your ISP. </p>

<p>Domain aliases are used to point multiple domain names to the same desk. We recommend this for advanced users of the desk. </p>
<p>For security reasons, we require that you add additional domain entries before they can be handled by the desk. If you point your DNS entries to us but do not add the domain as an alias on your instance, you will see an error message similar to: </p>

<p><strong>Note:</strong> Be cautioned that you must have at least one domain name active at all times for your desk to be accessible. Therefore, you should add a new domain before removing the old one to ensure you will still be able to add the new domain later on. </p>
